New Pool House

TRM completed the design of this unique heavy timber pool house, which included an enclosed porch with a fireplace, island with sink, dining and living spaces, bathroom, changing room, outdoor shower and storage space. The design included gables with heavy timber trusses, cedar shakes, a large stone veneer base, eyebrow windows, and a large fireplace.  The design was completed using BIM and TRM completed numerous renderings of the pool house to help the owner visualize the design including various options for materials. TRM also completed a schematic landscaping layout surrounding the pool and pool house. The pool house directs views towards to pond, pool and main house. It is open and spacious and promotes family gathering, the main goal of the family in creating the pool house with spaces to relax and dine.
