Master Suite Remodel

A client contacted TRM when he was looking to convert an in-law’s quarters consisting of two existing bedrooms, a cramped bathroom, and a small kitchenette into a spacious master bedroom and bathroom suite complete with sufficient storage space.

 

The master bathroom area which encompasses the former existing kitchenette and bathroom includes a double sink, shower, toilet and a separate shower stall. The shower area becomes an oasis with music from the built-in speaker system, floor tile that resembles beach pebbles and wall tile surrounding the shower in warm natural colors.

 

TRM provided the client with both a his and her closet layout and an option for a master closet. The 175 sq. ft. walk-in closet includes wood storage units and shelving surround a centralalized cabinet with a granite counter-top in view of an LED television and a separate room for the organization of seasonal storage.

 

The project required the coordination of audio visual equipment including multiple LED televisions, and a speaker system located in the bedroom, bathroom, closet and shower area. TRM also provided construction management and on-site construction monitoring for the project assuring it proceeded smoothly and on schedule from start to finish.
